It seems like we were just starting but now I’m so proud to say that Charros Garden has arrived! These pictures document the process from start to finish. I think you’ll be suitably impressed by what has become of a once empty and bare lot!
This has been a tremendous experience, one which I feel so grateful to have been a part of. We had incredible volunteers who worked so hard to build this space. It quite literally could not have happened without them. Each one deserves a heartfelt Thank You (and possibly a bottle or two of linament – will our backs ever forget those rocks??). I know we’re all very excited to see what our shiny new plots will bring forth come the Spring!
I’m looking forward to working with all the gardeners during our inaugural growing season!
